Senior Python AI Engineer

Springs is a worldwide AI provider creating products, custom web and mobile apps. We help our clients power their business eco-systems with AI, build MVPs, and launch startups. We have two flagship products: IONI.ai, a compliance AI SaaS, and Springs, a customizable AI Agents Platform. We are looking for a Senior Python AI Engineer to join our team. You’ll join our outstanding AI team, enjoy working on meaningful projects, and use the latest technologies.

What we expect from you

Knowledge and experience with Python
Experience in building applications based on modern LLMs
Knowledge of Vector storages, RAG, and Agentic architecture
Understanding of MCP, modern LLM APIs (Perplexity, OpenRouter)
Knowledge of Flask, FastAPI, or AIOHttp frameworks
Upper-Intermediate English or higher (client meetings)

What you will do

Developing modern Generative AI applications based on LLMs
Researching and improving various open-source models
Developing your own APIs and connecting third-party APIs

Will be a plus

Knowledge of the LangChain, LangGraph framework
Experience with low-code AI services like n8n
Experience in creating simple ML models with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
Experience with OpenCV and computer vision
Experience in creating a relational database architecture and the ability to build complex web APIs
