Challenge

The client approached us with a request to create a Google Chrome browser extension integrated with their existing AI-powered meeting management tool, similar to Google Meet. The client's platform aimed to offer users an enhanced meeting experience with additional AI features. The primary challenges were as follows.

1. At first, the extension needed to support various login methods, including Google, Apple, and traditional email sign-in, allowing users to access their main product account seamlessly through the extension.

2. Secondly, the users should be able to schedule impromptu meetings directly through the extension, streamlining the process for a more efficient user experience.

3. Finally, the extension should provide a quick link to the user's dashboard within the main startup platform for easy access to meeting management tools.

Multi-Platform Login. Our primary focus was to create a robust, secure, and versatile login system. The extension was designed to offer users a seamless sign-in experience, regardless of their preferred method. Users now had the option to log in to their product accounts using Google, Apple, or traditional email credentials. This multifaceted approach ensured accessibility for all, as users could choose the authentication method that suited them best.

Instant Meeting Scheduling. Another core feature of the extension was the capability for users to schedule meetings with unparalleled ease. With just a few clicks, users could effortlessly create a meeting within the extension. This not only saved valuable time but also simplified the scheduling process, allowing users to initiate meetings on-the-fly.

Dashboard Access. To streamline the user experience further, the extension was designed to integrate seamlessly with startup core platform. We embedded a direct link to the user's dashboard within the extension. This feature allowed users to transition effortlessly between the extension and the main platform, ensuring quick access to advanced meeting management tools. The integration created a harmonious and uninterrupted user experience.

By offering these essential features, our product provided a comprehensive and integrated solution for client's main meeting management platform.
