Chief Technology Officer/Tech lead

Springs is a software company that has been providing a full cycle of product development for 8 years. The company has implemented over 150 projects. Satisfied customers use products in more than 10 countries on 3 continents. Now we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer/Tech lead.

What we expect from you:

Proven experience in a technical role, with a focus on sales, hiring, and delivery processes.
Strong project estimation and solution architecture skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively .
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously .
Experience in modern AI trends, Web, Mobile, and API technologies is highly desirable.

What will you do:

Sales:

Conduct pre-sales internal communication to align technical solutions with clients' requirements.
Lead project estimation efforts based on clients' needs and specifications.
Conduct solution research and architecture to propose optimal technical solutions.
Participate in meetings with clients to understand their objectives and requirements.
Play a key role in proposal presentations, showcasing our technical expertise and capabilities.

Hiring:

Verify vacancies to ensure alignment with organizational needs and goals.
Conduct final technical interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and fit for the role.

Delivery:

Provide support on technical issues across various domains, including AI, Web, Mobile, and API.
Facilitate technical communications with clients, ensuring clear understanding and resolution of issues.
