Partner/VP of Revenue

Springs is an AI software development company that has been providing a full cycle of product development for 8 years. Now we are transforming the company from a service-based to a solution-based business models and looking for a partner/C-level in sales to work together with our team on fine-tuning our ICP/UVP and launch new business models. Our goal is to grow revenues $10M+, and increase company capitalization together .

What we expect from you:

  • Desire, energy , and passion to create and grow own business.
  • Entrepreneur experience in product or service IT business.
  • Solid B2B sales and marketing experience.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability and willingness to be a public speaking person: participate in conferences,
  • handle webinars, talk to customers a lot.
  • Engineering experience or background will be a plus.

What will you do:

  • Developing Sales Strategies: Designing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Setting Revenue T argets: Collaborating with senior management to set ambitious revenue targets aligned with overall company growth goals.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Providing leadership, direction, coaching, and support to the sales team to maximize their performance and productivity .
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with other companies or organizations to drive mutual growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Representing the Company: Actively representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate business leads.
