Python AI Developer

We have two flagship products: IONI.ai, a compliance AI SaaS, and Springs, a customizable AI Agents Platform. We are looking for a Python AI Engineer to join our team. You’ll enjoy working with the latest technologies as we constantly strive to stay at the forefront of technical innovation.
What we expect from you:
- Knowledge and experience with Python;
- Experience in building applications based on modern LLMs;
- Knowledge of RAG and Agentic architecture;
- Knowledge of Flask, FastAPI, or AIOHttp frameworks;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (client meetings).
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of the LangChain framework;
- Experience in creating simple ML models with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar frameworks;
- Experience with OpenCV and computer vision;
- Experience in creating a relational database architecture and the ability to build complex web APIs.
What will you do:
- Developing modern Generative AI applications based on LLMs;
- Researching and improving various open-source models;
- Developing your own APIs and connecting third-party APIs.
