Senior Back-End Developer
Springs is a worldwide AI provider creating products, custom web and mobile apps. We help our clients power their business eco-systems with AI, build MVPs, and launch startups. We have two flagship products: IONI.ai, a compliance AI SaaS, and Springs, a customizable AI Agents Platform. We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer to join our team. You’ll enjoy working with the latest technologies, as we constantly strive to stay at the forefront of technical innovation.
What we expect from you:
- At least 3 years of commercial experience;
- Strong experience with Node.js and JavaScript;
- Hands-on experience with Databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar NoSQL/SQL solutions);
- Experience designing and developing scalable microservices architecture from scratch;
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization, monitoring, and debugging;
- Basic React.js experience;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and verbal).
What will you do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for AI-powered applications;
- Optimize and enhance application performance, reliability, and scalability;
- Work on AI model integration into backend services;
- Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices for seamless deployment and monitoring.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic etc);
- Strong frontend development experience with React.js;
- Architecture optimization for increasing app load.
