Senior Project Manager

What we expect from you:

• At least 5 years of commercial experience as a Web/Mobile/AI Project Manager;
• English: Advanced or higher;
• Experience in managing the outsourced projects;
• Working with task management systems like Trello & Jira;
• Understanding of PM methodologies;
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology;
• Understanding of the development process;
• Experience of work in a software development company;
• Ability to build, manage, and motivate effective software development teams utilizing project management skills and methods;
• Ability to identify project risks and opportunities and provide constructive recommendations to the team and to the client;
• Understanding of web & mobile applications workflow and database architecture;
• Understanding of UI/UX features;
• Experience in working with multiple projects at the same time.

What will you do:

• Working with AI agents/LLMs, Document Management Systems, CRMs, Web and Mobile apps;
• Discovery, creation of specifications (SRS) based on the client's requirements;
• Managing several projects at the same time;
• Task management and planning;
• Scrum meetings, meetups, calls with teams and clients;
• Successfully delivering project sprints in time and on budget, meeting customer expectations;
• Managing dev teams and resolving customer issues on time.
