UI/UX Designer
Springs is a worldwide AI provider creating products, custom web and mobile apps. We help our clients power their business eco-systems with AI, build MVPs, and launch startups. We have two flagship products: IONI.ai, a compliance AI SaaS, and Springs, a customizable AI Agents Platform. We are looking for a Designer to join our team. You’ll enjoy working with the latest technologies, as we constantly strive to stay at the forefront of technical innovation.
What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects;
- Proficiency in modern design tools and technologies;
- Solid understanding of usability principles and UX best practices;
- Ability to create high-quality layouts based on verbal descriptions or mockups;
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (for communication and documentation).
What will you do:
- Design UI layouts and mockups for mobile and web applications;
- Develop user-friendly interfaces that align with current design trends;
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers;
- Assist in improving and refining design processes;
- Work on internal company projects and contribute to design strategy.
Tools you will use:
- Figma (main tool);
- Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (occasionally).
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of typography principles and grid systems;
- Experience with basic HTML/CSS;
- Understanding of graphic design and printing principles.
